Automotive Accessories Powder Coating at our Sahibabad unit
Accessories that live on the outside of a vehicle take stone chips, rain, heat and washing every week. Powder coating suits them well because the film is thicker and harder than a spray-painted coat, and it bonds properly when the steel underneath has been cleaned and pre-treated first.
We coat bull bars, front and rear guards, bike and luggage carriers, roof racks, footsteps, mounting brackets and trims for accessory makers and fabricators. Matte black, gloss black and textured black make up most of this work, with other RAL colours on request.
Welded parts are checked for spatter and sharp edges before coating, because the coat follows whatever surface it is given.

Surface Preparation
Degreasing and pre-treatment remove oil, rust and residue. It is the foundation of lasting adhesion.

Electrostatic spray guns deposit a uniform film that wraps edges, recesses and hammered textures.

For steel accessories, yes in most cases. It gives a thicker, harder film in one coat and resists chipping and scratching better than ordinary liquid paint.
Old paint and rust have to be removed before a new coat will hold. Tell us the condition of the parts when you ask for a quote.
Textured black hides small marks and scratches best, matte black looks modern, and gloss black is easiest to wipe clean.
