Welcome to Huevex Coatings. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using our website, located at https://huevexcoatings.com, and the general terms on which Huevex Coatings ("we", "us", "our") provides powder coating job work.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use huevexcoatings.com if you do not agree with all of the terms stated on this page. By sending us parts for coating, you accept the job work terms below, unless we have agreed other terms with you in writing.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Huevex Coatings owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including text, the logo and photographs of our work. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for your own personal or business reference, subject to the restrictions in these terms.

You must not:

• Republish, sell, rent or sub-license material from this website
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from this website for commercial use
• Present our photographs or work as your own

Use of the website

You agree not to use this website in any way that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or breaks any applicable law

Information on this website

The content of our pages and guides is for general information. Colour swatches, finishes and photos are shown as a guide only, because colours look different on different screens and on different metals. Always approve a physical sample for colour-critical work. We try to keep information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or accurate.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are based on the details, photos and samples you provide, and are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. The final price may change if the parts that arrive differ in size, quantity, material or condition from what was described, or if they need extra preparation such as paint stripping, rust removal or masking.

An order is confirmed when you accept our quote and deliver the parts to our unit, or when we collect them.

Customer materials

You are responsible for sending parts that are suitable for powder coating: metals that can withstand curing temperatures of roughly 180 to 200 °C. Please remove wood, plastic, rubber, glass, seals and electronics before sending. Tell us about any areas that must be masked, threads that must stay clean, or close tolerances, in writing, before work starts.

We are not responsible for defects that come from the base material itself, such as porosity, casting faults, weld spatter, trapped oil or old coatings that react to heat.

Samples and colour approval

For new colours and finishes, we coat a first piece for your approval before the full batch. Once you approve a sample or an earlier batch, the full order is coated to that standard. Small shade variations between different powder lots, or against screens, photos or other suppliers' finishes, can occur and are not treated as defects.

Turnaround and delivery

Turnaround times are estimates given in good faith and depend on batch size, finish and the condition of the parts. We will tell you promptly about any delay. Unless agreed otherwise, parts are collected from and returned to our unit in Sahibabad. Where we arrange transport for you, the parts travel at your risk once they leave our premises.

Please collect finished parts within 15 days of being told they are ready. After that we may charge for storage, and we are not responsible for loss or damage to parts left uncollected.

Payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. For new customers or large orders we may ask for an advance. Payment is due on delivery, or within the credit period agreed in writing. We may hold finished parts until outstanding payments are cleared.

Inspection and complaints

Please inspect parts when you receive them. Any complaint about the coating must be reported to us in writing, with photos, within 7 days of delivery and before the parts are assembled, installed, packed or processed further. Where a defect is caused by our work, we will re-coat the affected parts at no charge, or, if that is not possible, refund the coating charge for them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any job is limited to the coating charges paid for the affected parts. We are not liable for the value of your parts or materials beyond that, or for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, export penalties, production delays or damage caused by handling, assembly or use after delivery.

This website is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss that comes from using it or from relying on its content, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect orders already confirmed. By continuing to use this website, you agree to be bound by the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them, from this website or from our job work is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
