Display, Rack & Profile Powder Coating at our Sahibabad unit
Display work is judged from two feet away under bright shop lights, so streaks, thin edges and shade differences between pieces get noticed straight away. Racks, stands and frames often come in parts that are assembled at site, which means every piece has to match the one next to it.
We coat aluminium extrusions, mild steel display racks, X-frame shelving, standee frames, kiosk parts and signage brackets. Long profiles are hung so the coat reaches the inside channels, and each batch of a design is coated together to keep the shade identical.
Black, white, silver and gold are the most common, but we work to any RAL code your brand guide specifies, in matte, satin or gloss.

Inspection & Racking
Every job is checked on arrival and hung on dedicated racks so each surface gets even exposure.

Surface Preparation
Degreasing and pre-treatment remove oil, rust and residue. It is the foundation of lasting adhesion.

Powder Application
Electrostatic spray guns deposit a uniform film that wraps edges, recesses and hammered textures.

Oven Curing
Controlled curing melts and bonds the powder into a hard, durable, consistent finish.

Quality Check & Dispatch
Finish, shade and coverage are checked before parts are carefully packed and dispatched.

Parts of one design are coated together from the same powder lot, which is the most reliable way to keep the shade identical across pieces.
Send the RAL code or a sample. If your brand uses a Pantone shade, we will suggest the closest RAL powder.
