Metal Furniture Powder Coating at our Sahibabad unit
Furniture gets touched, moved, wiped and knocked into every day, so the finish has to be hard as well as good-looking. Powder coating gives metal furniture a thick, even film that stands up to that use far better than spray paint.
We coat table bases, cafe and dining chair frames, side tables, console frames, trolleys, bed frames, shelving and outdoor furniture for furniture makers and interior contractors. Matte black is the most requested, followed by textured black, brass and gold tones, and white.
For pieces that combine two finishes, like a black base with a brass rim, we coat them in stages so the line between the two stays sharp.

Yes, provided the steel is pre-treated properly and you choose a powder made for outdoor use. Tell us the furniture will be outdoors and we will recommend an exterior-grade powder.
Yes. Two-tone pieces are coated in stages with masking between them.
Batch orders are our main work. For single pieces, call us with the size and we will tell you whether it can go into a running batch.
